Our Plant Guarantee
All hardy plant material that we install is guaranteed to grow for two years from the planting date, providing proper "after care" is maintained. If any hardy plant material fails to grow in this time we will replace it once free of charge.

This guarantee does not apply to roses, perennials, or annuals. After care includes watering, fertilizing, mulching and pest management. Perennials and roses are guaranteed until November 31 of the year of purchase.

Our Service Guarantee
Our service is guaranteed to meet or exceed the specifications agreed to with our customers. If it doesn't, we will fix the problem for free in a reasonable amount of time.

• All concrete and natural stone products are guaranteed for three full years from the date of installation.
  
  This guarantee covers settlement, warping, heaving, pooling, runoff, leveling or any other problem deemed by the contractor as faulty workmanship.
  
  
• All waterscapes are guaranteed to be installed with a biological filtration system capable of maintaining proper water quality.
  
  Ponds and waterfalls will consist of only high quality materials, including liners, pumps and filtration systems. Customers will be provided with maintenance instruction and demonstration and we will winterize your waterscape for the first winter for free.
  
  
• All lighting systems are guaranteed for four years against corrosion of electrical connections.
  
  We locate all lights within the landscape with function and aesthetics in mind. Our nightscapes will provide you and your guests with well lit pathways and entrances and stunning light displays in the night landscape.
